Accounting Intern

Position Summary

Bay FC is seeking an Accounting Intern to support our finance and accounting team during the year-end financial audit process. This role will also aid in ad-hoc accounting and finance related projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the accounting team in preparing audit requests and schedules.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college enrollment preferred.

• Well-organized, self-starting, hard-working, detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable.  

• High-level communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills. 

• Thrives in a team environment.  

• Passionate about Bay FC, women’s soccer, and women’s sports, and willing to continue learning and supporting the organization’s mission, values, and goals.

Timeline & Compensation

This internship will run for 6 weeks, beginning June 1. This part-time role is expected to work 20 hours per week. The compensation for this role starts at $20/hour.
