Accounting / Finance Intern

Responsibilities
� Support daily accounting operations, including AP/AR and expense tracking
� Assist with invoice processing, vendor payments, and reimbursement reviews
� Help reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
� Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation
� Support monthly and quarterly close processes
� Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
� Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Engineering)
� Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
� Participate in process improvements and system implementation (e.g., ERP, expense systems)
Qualifications
� Currently pursuing a Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
� Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
� Basic understanding of accounting principles
� Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP is a plus)
� Strong communication and teamwork skills
� Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
� Interest in technology or startup environment is a plus

Salary Range: $35 - $45 / hour
