We are looking for an experienced Disbursement Specialist at Home of the Innocents to support our financial operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payments, payroll functions, and accounting records. This position plays an important role in maintaining strong financial processes that allow us to continue serving children and families with excellence.

A Day in the Life As the Disbursement Specialist, you will manage daily accounts payable and payroll-related activities, process vendor payments, maintain accurate financial records, and support monthly and annual reporting requirements. You’ll collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure invoices, payments, and payroll functions are completed accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help strengthen the financial foundation that supports our mission.
