We focus on providing QA/QC program development, flexible pavement engineering, technical specification development, materials laboratory testing and research, design-build quality program management, and HMA mix designs (Hveem, Marshall, and Superpave) and materials consulting on California’s infrastructure construction projects. Our firm was established in 2013, and we currently have over 125 professionals with headquarters in Cerritos and additional offices and laboratories in Bakersfield, Redlands, and Sacramento.
Position Summary

G3 is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to provide clerical-level support to our accounting team. This is an entry-level, part-time, permanent position based onsite at our Cerritos office. The role focuses on accurate data entry, record maintenance, and routine administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in accounting or administrative operations within a stable and growing organization.

Responsibilities

Enter accounting and financial data accurately and efficiently
Review completed work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with instructions
Run routine accounting and financial reports as requested
File and maintain organized electronic and physical records
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the accounting team as needed

Educational Experience:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

Required Qualifications:

Proficient typing skills, including 10-key data entry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills and comfort working with data
Prior clerical or accounting support experience is preferred but not required
