With a resident-first philosophy and a focus on innovation, we are redefining aging with purpose creating communities where seniors live with dignity, connection, and joy.________________________________________Location: Vancouver / Surrey / EdmontonTerm: 4 or 8 months (preferred)Compensation: $20/hour Position Summary As a co-op student, you will not be doing side work, You will support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting processes and will contribute to real projects that impact employees, residents, and operations across the organization. Responsibilities

Process invoices, expenses, and payments Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies Liaise with vendors to ensure accounts are current. Respond to employee and vendor inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping. Prepare cash flow updates as needed. Prepare and reconcile credit card transactions, applying adjustments as needed. Process employee expense reimbursements. Prepare and process intercompany charges. Assist with month-end bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. Collect data from financial transactions and complete journal entries. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational requirements.
