Job Description

We are actively seeking an Accounting Clerk to join the finance department team.

As an Accounting Clerk, your role will include:

Description: 

• Verify, prepare and approve payment slips; 
• Verify collection reports daily; 
• Prepare and enter journal entries; 
• Proceed with month-end accounting reports; 
• Provide administrative support to accountants in the execution of clerical tasks; 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

• Good knowledge of Excel to do V lookups and pivot tables as well as knowledge of computerized accounting systems; 
• Excellent communication skills in English and French as un your daily functions you will be collaborating with internal clients across Canada; 
• Diploma in accounting or equivalent or a minimum of one year of relevant experience;
