In this role you will be working as an Accounting Assistant for a client in the Civil / Geotechnical Engineering field. This position is responsible for supporting account receivable functions as well as some office / administrative support - phones, scheduling, shipping, files/documentation.

This is an ongoing temporary position - 20 to 25  hours per week onsite. Schedule can be flexible with business hours throughout the week.

Pay $28-30/Hour 

Job Requirements: 

• 2+ years accounting / accounts receivable / administrative support
• MS Office / spreadsheets 
• Detlak / Ajera software is a big plus, but can be trained
