Accounting Clerk/Scanner

We have a job opening in our Nelson Mazda Tulsa division. The job title is Accounting Clerk/Scanner. Starting pay is $16-19/hour depending upon experience. The basic job duties for this position are as follows:

• Scan documents to be archived so they can be retrieved electronically (documents scanned are RO’s and car deals)
• File deals and shred the RO’s other than warranty that are filed as well.
• Future potential to include Accounting Responsibilities
• Title Work

Looking for someone with the following:

• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve

• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team

• Accounting experience (preferred, not required)
