Accounting Clerk

Our client is looking for an accounting clerk for about 12 weeks, Could go longer. $20 an hour

Maintain various accounting files, journal entries, audit schedules, contract databases and future commitments for monthly balancing. Prepare reconciliations for numerous bank accounts, copier readings, international office expenditures and tourism and membership budgets. Maintain cooperative endeavor agreements, lease agreements, commercial insurances and employee license and automobile insurances. Prepare annual reporting for ASCAP, Cooperative Marketing Program, In-Kind or Contributed Services and additional listings in publications.
