Summary of Responsibility:

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, and collaborating across departments? We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our growing parts distribution team. In this role, you'll play an essential part in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring financial transactions, inventory records, and vendor accounts are accurate and up to date.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our accounting, warehouse, and vendor partners while gaining valuable experience in inventory accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and operational finance. Qualifications & Competencies:

· Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree in Accounting or Business is preferred.

· Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience, ideally within a distribution, wholesale, auto parts, or warehouse setting.

· Software: Experience with ERP/Inventory management software (e.g., D365, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume paperwork, sharp analytical skills for inventory tracking, and clear vendor communication.
