Responsibilities

• Full time 40 hours a week
• Flexible hours
• Review car deals for incentive compliance
• Communicate with sales regarding any incentive compliance issues
• Submit for and Manage Factory Incentives
• Keep accurate notes in power BI
• Request check requests for customer refunds
• Prepare write-off entries for incentives not received
• Exceptional communication skills
• Learn and manage accounting schedules
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Other duties as assigned

• Qualifications
• 2-year accounting degree preferred but experience in accounting will be considered
• Dealership experience a plus
• Good organizational skills
• Excel skills
• Attention to detail
