Job Title: Accounting/Finance - Accounting Clerk Lv3 Job Location: SCHUYLER,NE Job Duration: 3 Months on W2 (With possibility of extension) Shift Time : 7 AM - 3 PM CT Willing and able to work flexible schedules including Saturdays as needed by the business.Job Description:The Accounting Clerk 3 will perform a variety of support tasks in our livestock procurement accounting department. We seek a detail-oriented individual with basic financial business knowledge to conduct tasks using standard procedures. *Compile data and prepare, review, and audit a variety of reports. *Enter data or use technology tools to upload data into the computer system using defined computer programs. *Contribute to implementing and developing our records information management policies and best practices. *Provide customer service to internal clients, suppliers and customers. *Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, including detailed financial business transactions. *Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. *Other duties as assigned*

Minimum Qualifications

*High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent. ​*Willing and able to work flexible schedules including Saturdays as needed by the business. Comments for Suppliers: Work hours per week can be flexible, priority being a candidate with good learning aptitude, work ethic, accuracy and reliability.
