We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support our accounting and finance operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting daily accounting activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
What you will do:
Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and recordkeeping
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and financial records
Prepare and maintain accurate reports, invoices, and documentation
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting matters
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
What you will bring:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting systems is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
