ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Process daily deposit.
- Processes all loaner vehicles and courtesy deliveries.
- Assist withTitle Clerk duties.
- Backs up Cashier, Switchboard and Rental Agent.
- Familiarity with basic accounting procedures.
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Performs various accounting duties.
- Uses multi-line switchboard.
- Answers all incoming calls. When necessary, screens call to determine who it should be routed to and routes the call to the appropriate person.
- Supplies information to callers and records messages.
- Performs clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail.
- Operates paging system to call individuals to phone.
- Backs up Cashier when needed.
- Backs up Rental Agent when needed.
- Requires being at work on time and have satisfactory attendance.
- Any other duties assigned by management.

Individual must have good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, ability to work well with others, professional appearance, good math and clerical skills, working knowledge of office machines, positive attitude, excellent organization skills. Individual should perform duties with little or no supervision, read and comprehend instructions and information, be able to work weekends and overtime. Individual should be honest, ethical, dependable and a team player.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum Associates Degree in Accounting required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver’s License and driving record. Requires a credit check.
