Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Location: Caguas, Puerto Rico

Reports to: Accounting Supervisor

Compensation Range:  $13$16 hourly (depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications)

What We Are Looking For

The Accounting Clerk provides essential support to the Accounting Department and ensures accurate and timely financial processing. This role contributes to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general ledger entries, reconciliations, and cash reporting.

The role fits within the Accounting Department and collaborates closely with internal teams. It does not manage direct reports but provides cross‑functional support to Inventory Control and Accounts Receivable.

What to Expect

This role provides daily support to the Accounting Department and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. You can expect a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities. Daily tasks include processing A/P and A/R transactions, preparing reconciliations, supporting month‑end close, and assisting with cash reporting.

You will interact with internal departments, vendors, and customers, requiring professionalism and strong communication skills. The role includes cross‑training and providing backup support to Inventory Control and Accounts Receivable.
