include general ledger maintenance, reconciliation of accounts, and oversight of corporate accounting work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting with monthly closing and meeting all month end close deadlines
- Prepare and record journal entries with appropriate support documentation and resolve account issues
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts as assigned
- Assist with yearly property tax renditions
- Prepare and maintain depreciation and amortization schedules
- Prepare income statement and balance sheet account analysis as required
- Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in establishing and maintaining systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the company’s value.
- Respond to CFO as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate his financial needs.
- Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.

Education/Experience:
- Requires a Associates’ degree in Accounting or Finance or a Bachelor’s degree in another related field with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of relevant accounting and analysis experience required
Physical Requirements:
- Worker will exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
- Requires repetitive motion, hearing, talking, grasping, fingering, and sitting.
- Worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
- Worker is not subject to adverse environmental conditions as work is performed in an office.
