Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Winston Salem, NC
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay: 30/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Learn basic manual AR functions:
- Interface with Service Now (SNOW) to retrieve tickets to be processed.
- Use Excel templates to submit bulk update requests via SAP using Winshuttle. Upload to system and respond to SNOW tickets.
- Key manual adjustments into SAP, including write off adjustments that require packeting and approvals.
- Use AI tools to automate above manual processes.
Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for use with customers and internal partners.
- At least 2 years of experience working with automation.
- Fluency in the Microsoft suite is a must!
