We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Operations Associate to support our accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with office and bookkeeping experience who is comfortable with spreadsheets, technology, and data entry. Accounting experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual eager to learn and grow within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily accounting operations and administrative tasks
- Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal systems
- Organize and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and special projects
- Identify and help resolve discrepancies
- Contribute to efficient and accurate accounting processes
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
This position provides hands-on exposure to accounting operations with opportunities for career advancement into an Accounting Associate role.
