Job Summary

Responsible for accounts payable processing/auditing, commission assistance, and clerical support for Financial Services Division.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Processing/auditing of Agent commission payments

• Commission expense/revenue processing

• Clerical support for Financial Services Division

• Processing/auditing of trade payable invoices

• Creating and sending agent commission statements

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• High School diploma; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Accounts Payable/Payroll experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of Accounting software; Internet software; Payroll systems and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software. Experience with Sage Accounting software preferred.

• Must be able to pass background check and pre-hire drug testing. Must be able to flexible hours during peak seasons.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
