What you’ll do:

• Evaluate and code checks
• Review monthly cash receipts and reconcile bank accounts
• Prepare monthly schedules of A/R, A/P, investments, and insurance registers
• Prepare schedules for fixed assets and depreciation, grants, and inventories
• Prepare journal vouchers
• Prepare client budgets, budget revisions, monthly and yearly financial reports
• Prepare and submit reports via HUD websites/prescribed forms
• Other duties as assigned

Our ideal candidate will have: 

• Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail 
• Strong computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Ability to work occasional overtime throughout the year
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively solve problems
