Accounting Associate - Billing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer invoice creation to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Ensure all invoices are disbursed timely in accordance with customer specifications.
• Correspond with customer service and AR Specialist as needed in a timely and professional manner to reconcile discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
