Impact Solutions is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, processes, and problem-solving.
As an Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing of transactions for both internal teams and customers.What You’ll Do
- Process and audit a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage accounts payable activities
- Perform three-way matching for invoice processing
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
- Set up and maintain vendor and customer accounts
- Process credit card payments and assist with payment disbursements
- Respond to customer and supplier account inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare and monitor account aging reports
- Resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments
- Maintain organized and compliant financial records
- Experience with general accounting procedures (AP/AR preferred) and three-way matching
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using accounting software and systems
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Competitive salary ($40,000–$46,000)
