Accounting Assistant

Turbomachinery Industries is looking for a talented Accounting Assistant to join their team in the Corpus Christi area!

The Accounting Assistant supports the finance or accounting department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to financial record-keeping and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with accounting software and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:

• Working On-site Monday-Friday 7:40am- 4:00pm
• Accounts Receivable
• Reconciling timecards and processing payroll
• Processing transactions
• Reconciling accounts
• Preparing financial documents
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Support accounting team as needed

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
