What You'll Do
As an Accounting Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the Accounting Department and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing vendor payments and handling Accounts Payable transactions
- Reconciling general ledger accounts and ensuring accuracy in all entries
- Creating, verifying, and sending wire transfers
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and departmental correspondence
- Maintaining W‑9 records and other key documentation
- Supporting a variety of internal accounting functions that contribute to the Bank's operational success
