Accounting Assistant / Office Administrator

Auburn Auto Group is looking for a motivated and reliable Accounting Assistant / Office Administrator to join our growing team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide the support and training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts receivable, with some support in accounts payable
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and monthly summaries
- Prepare and reconcile daily bank deposits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and statements
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in accounting or office administration is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
