Accounting Assistant - LV

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to work out of our Las Vegas operation. This position is responsible for performing a variety of accounting-related tasks, including entering routine data into various automated systems and providing administrative support as needed. The position reports to the Office Manager. 

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

• Coding invoices 

• Reviewing monthly statements 

• Scanning in documents into the system

• Filing

• Mailing

• Running errands

• Performing administrative tasks in support of the accounting function for our AZ branches.

You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You understand the accounting function, and the need for accuracy and timeliness. Providing professional customer service with a sense of urgency comes naturally to you. Administrative tasks such as compiling, sorting, researching, uploading, stuffing, and mailing is just part of the job and does not bother you. Experience with spreadsheets and automated accounting systems required. You don’t take shortcuts. You’re conscientious not just for yourself, but for your team.
