What You’ll Be Doing

This role supports day-to-day accounting operations across multiple revenue streams and business lines. You’ll work closely with the Accounting Manager and gain exposure to a wide range of responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile accounts receivable, including deposits and cash tracking
• Handle accounts payable processing, auditing, and vendor management
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll and related reporting
• Support cash flow tracking and daily financial activity
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date
• Assist with budget support, reporting, and general accounting tasks
• Help manage inventory and asset tracking for equipment and vehicles
• Jump in where needed—this is a collaborative, team-first environment

What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related role
• Hands-on experience with A/P, A/R, and payroll is a big plus
• Exposure to QuickBooks (QBO preferred) and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter who can work independently but thrives on a team
• Easygoing, low-ego personality—someone who contributes to a positive culture
• Stability in work history (this team values long-term commitment)
