Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations and data entry
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare accounting documents and reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and files
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors as needed
- Support general administrative tasks
- 1+ year of accounting experience preferred
- Experience in a trading or manufacturing company is a plus
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Japanese – business level
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Salary: Approximately $60,000/year
