Boston Pads is seeking a high-performing, detail-driven Part-Time Bookkeeper to support one of our dynamic Boston offices. As a leader in real estate technology and data-driven leasing, we operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where precision and efficiency are critical.

What You’ll Do

•  Manage rent receivables, payment processing, and tenant account tracking
•  Oversee vendor invoices, approvals, and timely payments
•  Perform bank deposits, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance
•  Maintain and organize financial documentation and reporting systems
•  Handle expense tracking, purchase orders, and internal financial workflows
•  Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
•  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations across the office

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of QuickBooks experience (required)
• Intermediate+ Microsoft Excel skills (required)
•  Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
•  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
•  Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and internal coordination) 
•  Ability to multitask and prioritize shifting responsibilities effectively
• Typing speed of 60+ WPM and strong numerical proficiency 
•  Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Real estate or property management experience preferred
