POSITION SUMMARY

The Accounting & Operations Specialist is responsible for a broad range of accounting, payroll, and administrative functions, with a strong emphasis on government contract compliance and reporting. This role supports financial operations through invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and reporting, while also assisting with purchasing, compliance registrations, and general office operations.
