A well-established industrial equipment service company in the Houston area is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and HR Assistant to join their team. In this role, the Accounting and HR Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day AP functions, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring accurate financial and employee records. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $48K/yr. - $58K/yr.

The perfect Accounting & HR Assistant for our client will have:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting support
• Hands-on experience with ADP (specifically ADP Run)
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Experience handling confidential payroll and employee information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
