This is more than a bookkeeping position. You'll become an important member of our administrative team, helping maintain the financial health and day-to-day organization of a growing company.

What You'll Do
Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Enter invoices, bills, receipts, and financial transactions accurately
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Prepare reports for management
Assist with journal entries and general ledger maintenance
Asset & Equipment Administration
Maintain records for company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and other assets
Track purchases, sales, warranties, repairs, and disposals
Maintain digital documentation and asset files
Ensure company records remain accurate and up to date
Office Administration
Receive, scan, categorize, and digitally organize receipts and documents
Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Support leadership with administrative projects
Assist with improving office procedures and workflows
Help keep daily office operations organized and running efficiently

Qualifications
Required
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Experience using QuickBooks Online
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Experience performing bank reconciliations
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new software and technology
Preferred
Experience with fixed asset tracking
Experience in the construction or service industry
Experience managing inventory or purchasing
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you'll have:
Maintained accurate and organized bookkeeping records
Kept Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable current
Organized all financial documentation for easy retrieval
Maintained accurate records for company assets and equipment
Helped improve at least one office process or workflow
Become a trusted administrative resource for company leadership
