DescriptionThe Project Support Analyst will provide flexible, hands-on support across the TAP (Time, Absence & Payroll) ERP transformation program, assisting with the coordination, administration, governance, testing, training, communications, and delivery activities required to support a successful implementation.This role will work across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, providing practical support wherever required to help maintain program momentum, manage competing priorities, and ensure key activities are delivered on time.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day program coordination activities across Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and related workstreamsTrack actions, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation where requiredCoordinate meetings, workshops, testing sessions, training activities, and stakeholder communicationsAssist with the preparation and maintenance of project plans, status updates, reports, dashboards, and program documentationSupport testing activities, including scheduling, tracking progress, defect management, and reportingAssist with training coordination, readiness activities, and user engagement initiativesManage and organize program documentation, ensuring information is maintained accurately and remains easily accessibleLiaise with business stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and project team members to support delivery activitiesSupport cutover planning, go-live preparation, hyper care, and operational readiness activitiesProvide general project support across the program as priorities and requirements evolveKey AttributesHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environmentProactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of tasksStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAble to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslySolutions-focused with a willingness to support wherever neededAdditional InformationGiven the nature of a large-scale transformation program, responsibilities may evolve over time.
