Accounting Analyst

• THE ROLE
• Available to work from Dallas office 3 days per week
• Background working with US accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Retirement Accounts, Banking, and some Human Resources support.

We're looking for an energetic, well-rounded Accounting Analyst to join our finance team and
work directly alongside our Head of Accounting. This is a hands-on role with broad visibility
across the organization: you'll interact with many internal teams, support cross-functional
projects, and even assist with HR-related tasks. If you thrive in dynamic environments and
love finding smarter ways to get things done, you'll fit right in.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes end-to-end
• Manage collections: send payment reminders to customers and follow up

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, tables, and summaries using QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Ariba
• Research and implement solutions to accounting challenges as they arise
• Identify and drive opportunities to automate tax processes and routine tasks
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Accounting on day-to-day operations and
• strategic projects
• Coordinate with internal teams across departments and provide support on
• cross-functional initiatives
• Assist with HR-related administrative tasks as needed
