Accounting Administrator
Compensation:This is a non-exempt position. Pay will be based on qualifications, education, experience, and overall fit for the role.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping financial records accurate? We're seeking an Accounting Administrator to support our accounting operations and contribute to the success of our growing team. What You�ll Do:
- Prepare financial reports and accounting statements
- Post journal entries to the general ledger
- Maintain vehicle inventory purchase and sales records
- Calculate and process monthly sales commissions
- Accurately allocate and reconcile expenses
- Assist department managers with accounting schedules and reporting
- Support daily accounting and administrative functions as needed
What We�re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
