Accounting Administrator

Compensation:This is a non-exempt position. Pay will be based on qualifications, education, experience, and overall fit for the role.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping financial records accurate? We're seeking an Accounting Administrator to support our accounting operations and contribute to the success of our growing team. If you enjoy working with numbers and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You�ll Do:

• Prepare financial reports and accounting statements
• Post journal entries to the general ledger
• Maintain vehicle inventory purchase and sales records
• Calculate and process monthly sales commissions
• Accurately allocate and reconcile expenses
• Assist department managers with accounting schedules and reporting
• Support daily accounting and administrative functions as needed

What We�re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
