Our companies in the Delta, British Columbia area are seeking an organized and
detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join a Finance team supporting our
operations.

About the Opportunity
The Accounting Administrator provides accounting and
administrative support that contributes to the efficient operation of a Finance
team and office.
This position offers a variety of responsibilities, making it ideal for someone
who enjoys balancing financial administration with general office support while
working collaboratively with multiple departments.
What You'll Do
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Assist with month-end accounting processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare reports and reconcile financial information.
• Respond to routine accounting and administrative inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support that contributes to the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Occasional travel to other Boundary Group locations throughout the Lower Mainland may be required to support business needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
• Two to five years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while producing accurate work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with accounting or ERP software.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is considered an asset.
