This position is responsible for performing daily investment and trust accounting activities, executing transaction processing, preparing assigned reports, and supporting various operational tasks and projects.

• Perform daily investment and trust fund accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and deliver assigned financial and operational reports in a timely manner.

• Complete billings, reconciliations, and other assignments.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes when assigned.
• Assist managers with various assignments and projects.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or auditing
• Ability to learn new accounting systems
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

• Professional designations or certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA, other)
• Prior experience working in a CPA firm and/or prior accounting/operations experience in banking, trust, or other financial services.
