Shift Hours: 

Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm & Rotating Saturdays

The Accountant is responsible for general accounting activities, including preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, external reporting, investment accounting, accounts payable, fixed assets, and general ledger reconciliations and system maintenance.

Knowledge and Skills

Experience:

Three years to five years of similar or related experience within the banking or credit union industry.

Education / Training:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training program. Experience may satisfy educational requirement on a 2 for 1 basis.

Job Requirements:

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend and stand. May at times be able to lift, carry and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Working Conditions
