Replies within 24 hours Job Description:   Reconciling, closing ADOT projects to ensure timely release of funds, ensuring compliance with both Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) rules and regulations, analyzing and validating costs associated with project funding and interacting with federal agencies, local governments and multiple ADOT departments. Additional responsibilities include researching project issues, providing solutions and making recommendations for process improvement as well as processing adjustments and preparing final voucher forms for submissions. 
Tentative start date will be dependent upon onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.Local Only Candidates - Resumes must specify the current location of the candidate, all those who do not state current location will not be considered. - AS A REMINDER - Candidates must be local at time of submission, and available for in person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date.
