About the Opportunity
NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a growing distributor in the data center industry that is seeking to hire an Accounting Assistant / Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to get in early with a startup environment backed by a parent company, offering strong growth potential as the business continues to scale.
Requirements
- Experience with full-cycle AP and AR, including invoices, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and resolving discrepancies)
- Experience with bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting
- Exposure to inventory-related accounting is a plus
- Experience working in a multi-entity environment
- Experience with a large ERP system (Epicor is a strong plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Open-minded, adaptable approach
