Job Overview

Full time employment on a team reporting directly to the Director of Finance. A fun and laid back environment with casual dress code and many benefits. You will work directly with other accountants and clerks to ensure daily tasks are done correctly and create policy and procedure around them. Salary Range: $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

3+ years of accounting experience.

A bachelors degree in finance, business or accounting.

Significant experience may be used in place of a degree.

Preferred but not required: knowledge of freight and shipping.

Responsibilities

Run and audit the credit card payments portal.

Balance and account for multiple transactions a day.

Work as part of a team to develop and enforce policy and procedure to ensure smooth operations.

Investigate and understand invoices and bills.
