Key Accountabilities

• Completes assigned tasks with attention to accuracy and adherence to established procedures and controls
• Gathers, organizes, and verifies data to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making
• Assists with process enhancements by identifying potential improvements in daily activities
• •Works effectively within a team to meet deadlines and deliverables while ensuring compliance with company policies
• •Actively develops skills through hands-on experience and engagement in learning opportunities

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Experience

• 0-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• Experience preferred in the Energy industry, but not required

Skills

•Experience with accounting and/or reporting systems 

•Strong financial analysis, problem solving & communication skills 

•Process improvement oriented 

•Fundamental understanding of the accounting close process
