What You’ll Do

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll contribute to the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations while supporting key accounting processes:

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries with appropriate supporting documentation
• Perform account reconciliations and research discrepancies
• Assist with monthly close activities and financial reporting
• Support quarterly and annual statutory financial statement preparation
• Contribute to insurance and municipal tax filings
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Associate’s degree in Accounting required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team-oriented, results-driven mindset
