Accountant, Financial Reporting & Accounting Compliance Job Title: Accountant, Financial Reporting & Accounting Compliance Division: Corporate Supervisor: Manager, Financial Reporting & Accounting Compliance or above Employment Type: Full-Time Exempt Location: Onsite - Norfolk, Virginia, Corporate Office JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the preparation of financial statements for multifamily properties, commercial properties, and specific fund vehicles. Additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, performing custody compliance procedures and working with our external auditors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.  Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Harbor Group International.
