We are seeking a hands-on Accountant to perform core accounting functions, support accurate financial records, assist with month-end and year-end close, and support construction job-cost accounting. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements.

This is an on-site position in Walkersville, Maryland. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office. Relocation assistance is not available.

Why Join Us

We are a construction and manufacturing company, not a traditional corporate office. Our team is made up of practical, hard-working people who value grit, respect, accountability, and direct communication. We move quickly, solve problems, and take pride in the steel structures we help build across the Washington, D.C. metro area.

The right person for this role will be comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and able to work with different personalities across the office, shop, and field.
