Work Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications:

• Initiate or approve general journal entries
• Enter direct bill and agency bill business and deposits for insurance branches
• Reconcile billing statements from insurance companies to insurance software monthly
• Process ACH sweeps and deposits for multiple branches
• Process vendor payables
• Assist with monthly payroll entries
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare general correspondence of memos, charts, tables, graphs, etc.
• Distribute reports to managers and agents
• Comply with applicable banking and insurance laws and regulations
• One or more years of accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required
