Accountant

Wanted - A superb accountant/admin/bookkeeper for two established reputable car wash businesses in Naples FL. This is a full time key position, so we seek a very responsible, organized individual with a strong work ethic. All office duties must be handled by the candidate and one coworker therefore the job requires a high degree of reliability. Experience with Quick Books is a must. If you feel this is something you are interested in then keep reading......

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Process payroll on a weekly basis
• Payroll tax and quarterly reporting
• Prepare W-2 
• Workers Comp monthly reporting 
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Daily journal entries 
• Bank reconciliations 
• Year end tax preparation
• LLC annual filings 
• Real estate taxes

Job requirements:

• Experience working as an accountant
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Knowledgeable of computer technology that includes excel, google docs and quick books
• Strong math skills
