Your Responsibilities

• Leading accounts payable (invoice checking, validation, workflow processing, final posting)
• Preparing weekly payment runs
• Contact with banks, customers, and suppliers
• Processing incoming reminders
• Internal support for web portal users
• Key User SAP Accounts Payable
• Participation in various IT projects within the finance department
• Checking, processing, and posting VAT and customs documents

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• One year of practical experience in accounts payable is desirable
• Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP Module FI
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
