Job Duty:
- Work with customer service to collect and process payments.
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Communicate with customers on a timely basis regarding any open invoices.
- Prepare daily and monthly financial reports requested by the headquarters.
- Reconcile the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Pay invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment.
- Assist with basic administration work.
