100% Remote CPA Tax Supervisor

VALiNTRY is seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to join a growing public accounting firm that specializes in serving privately held businesses and real estate investors. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys both technical tax work and working directly with clients on tax planning and business strategy.

If you're looking to move beyond preparing returns and want greater exposure to advisory services, this role offers a clear path toward Tax Manager while working in a fully remote environment.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. We encourage strong technical candidates to apply without hesitation.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex Individual, Partnership, S Corporation, and business tax returns.
• Support year-round tax planning and advisory engagements.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and planning strategies for clients.
• Assist with entity structure analysis, compensation planning, and business tax planning.
• Work directly with Managers and Partners during client meetings.
• Mentor and review the work of Staff and Senior Tax Associates.
• Ensure tax engagements are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Stay current on federal tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience reviewing tax returns and supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of pass-through entities including Partnerships and S Corporations.
• Experience with business and individual income tax returns.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience with real estate taxation is a plus but not required.
